Prosecco di Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Extra Dry TRE COMUNI
A pale yellow wine with a shade of green, extreme clarity and a persistent light sparkle. Intense, persistent fruit bouquet reminiscent of ripe 'golden' apples and acacia flowers. It is pleasantly slender and not heavy in alcohol, very supple, well persistent and fruity on the finish. Its versatility makes it suitable for accompanying appetizers as well as desserts; it is also recommended for tasting any time of day.
Originating grapes:
Prosecco, with a small percentage of Verdiso and Perera grapes.
Geographical site:
The triangle comprising the three municipal areas of Vittorio Veneto, Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
Harvesting time:
Starting end of September until mid-October.
Wine-processing:
With peels removed, at a controlled temperature of 20°C.
Second fermentation:
Slow refermentation in large closed containers at 12-14°C. Bottle pressure : 5 atm.
Serving temperature:
5-7°C. Uncork just before consumption.
